Every day, students around the world attend Mathnasium learning centers to boost their math skills. We teach math in a way that makes sense to students in 1st grade through high school. Position Overview The candidate will possess proven leadership, relational, and organizational skills to successfully manage a learning center: - customer service, - sales / parent relationship-building, and - instructional / educational leadership. Responsibilities - Build rapport with students / parents and effectively convey the benefits of Mathnasium and our commitment to Math success. - Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology in a fun, welcoming environment. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years related experience (sales, management, and/or education). - Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills including tact and diplomacy. - Collaborative leadership: ability to train and engage staff as well as delegate responsibilities. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task - Have a love for math and enthusiasm for working with children! More Details Depending on the candidate, this can be a full-time or part-time position with significant upside potential going forward, both in compensation and scope of responsibilities. Typical hours are 1:00pm - 8pm Monday through Thursday, and 12:30pm to 5pm on most Sundays. We look forward to hearing from you!
