The Client Receivables Analyst will regularly Process client deposits and payments. Review client transactions and ledgers in both Tangicloud and RealPage.

Essential Position Functions:

• Process (deposit) client payments for all locations; including scanning and manual deposits to the appropriate bank accounts.
• Create and update customer accounts in Tangicloud/Business Central.
• Update the monthly invoice spreadsheets for upload into Tangicloud/Business Central.
• Update the monthly payments spreadsheets for upload into Tangicloud/Business Central and RealPage.
• Review client ledgers for credits from the Human Resources Administration.
• Process and return credits to HRA and SSA.
• Process client refund payments.
• Review client ledgers in both Tangicloud/Business Central and RealPage.
• Generate the client discharge report for property management.
• Run system reports to review Accounts Receivable.
• Provide backup to other AR team members, as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting preferred) with 2-3 years of experience (working with non-profits and government agencies preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude to embrace new technology, systems, and workflows. Knowledge of fund accounting systems is preferred.
• Great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Strong team player with an aptitude to continually learn and grow.
