The World Famous Bourbon Room is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our music venue, bar, and restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, market share, and profitability.

- Manage daily operations including food and beverage service, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.

- Create and maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring quality food and drinks, excellent customer service, and a memorable entertainment experience.

- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, promoters, and agents to book events and shows for the venue.

- Coordinate event logistics, promote shows, and ensure legal compliance with licensing and permits.

- Manage and train staff to up to company standards, provide growth opportunities and manage employee relations.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in a comparable venue setting, in roles such as GM, AGM, Bar Manager, or Event Coordinator.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of successful event booking and management.

- Must have a thorough understanding of food and beverage service,

including inventory management and cost control.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workplace.

Salary commensurate with experience - range $90,000 - $120,000
