Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have a passion for strategic planning, market analysis, and negotiation, along with excellent sales and customer relationship management skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks or opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Manage projects related to business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, market analysis, and negotiation techniques
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to effectively communicate and present complex information to clients
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
