Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer a busy phone system all day

- Triage phone calls
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Making consistent phone calls throughout the day to follow up on medications
- Must posses a friendly outgoing attitude at all times.

- Support Pharmacists and Technicians in their daily duties
- Troubleshoot
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled patients
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Must take the Pharmacy Technician Exam PTCE, please look up
