Our agency is growing FAST.
Every month, our agency welcomes hundreds of new clients, and we need a Customer Service Rep to service our customers after the sale.
This role involves providing service to current customers and administrative tasks, allowing our sales team to focus on what they do best - acquiring more clients.
1) Participate in our team Morning Huddle.
2) Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers
3) Process policy changes, take payments, and ensure a top-notch client experience.
4) Make recommendations to current customers while providing customer service
5) Enjoy tacos when the team does well.
