The Grand Valley Veterinary Emergency Clinic is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our AMAZING team! Would be responsible for working with the public as a Customer Service Representative, as well as assisting technicians with patient care.
Starting compensation is $15/hr

The ideal candidate:

• Veterinary customer service experience
• Able to handle stressful situations
• Comfortable assessing emergencies
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work overnight, weekends and holidays
• VTA duties include, animal triage, animal restraint, cleaning kennels, set up and clean up from surgery, including sterilization of instruments, walking patients and assisting technicians in other duties. Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
