Job Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for helping drive a positive environment where the best patient care can be delivered to our trusted guests. This person will lead and/or participate in the following to help TCIDA remain successful: recruitment, onboarding, collaboration with clinical leaders, compensation analyses, benefit administration, annual team member review, ongoing training, record keeping, workplace safety, handling of confidential matters, administrative functions, team building, and more.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of HR experience; 2 in leadership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and sound judgement
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, leaves, and benefits administration
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Human Resources Certification (SHRM, PHR)
