HR Benefits Coordinator

HR Benefits Coordinator is to provide ongoing support for the Benefits and Leaves Team. Develop and maintain accurate data within all benefit plan enrollments that directly relates to invoices and billing statements maintained by systems within carriers and MHMR benefit vendors. Ensures ongoing audit reviews of records for all benefit plans to ensure proper charging of costs to programs including reporting needed for various audits. Creates and edits the infodepot pages that are shared related to benefits, wellness activities, events scheduled. Ensures the external benefit communication portal contains the most accurate data shared with employee benefits online. Responsible for reviewing reports and billing data received from benefit providers monthly. Process monthly program reports monitors for outliers, tracks changes to ensure the billing accurately reflects the changes. Initiate resolutions to ensure processes are efficient and track resolution and or feedback. Timely payment of each bill monthly.

Minimum qualifications: High School diploma with 4 years HR or business-related experience. Prefer bachelor’s degree with major in human resources management, business, or other related field. Requires high level of proficiency in excel, written communication skills and ability to learn editing and creating benefit communications on multifaceted systems.
