We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager for SolidWorks CAD/PDM. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of products within the manufacturing process, ensuring seamless integration of Dassault / SolidWorks technologies into Tesla's equipment design and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Tesla's and SolidWorks product lines, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
- Drive the End-2-End product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with both Tesla's and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, requirements, and roadmaps
- Develop and execute strategic plans for integrating SolidWorks technologies into Tesla's manufacturing processes
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to understand technical requirements and constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SolidWorks products into Tesla's manufacturing ecosystem
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies related to manufacturing processes and Dassault / SolidWorks offerings
- Establish and maintain quality standards for SolidWorks products within the manufacturing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dassault / SolidWorks representatives and resellers / vendors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of Dassault / SolidWorks products and technologies
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a extremely fast-paced and dynamic work environment
