We need folks who are ready to put in the sweat to build an amazing company. Job Description Project Planning- Once a contract has been signed to start a project, the PM will break down the project in manageable tasks for the crew. The PM will create material list, labor hours expectations, and meet with any sub-contractors for bids. Use our Project management tool to communicate all aspects of planning to our team, the client, and subs.Vendor management- Project manager will coordinate all vendors around our projects. PM will bring in subcontractors to complete tasks on site. PM will also find the correct products from our suppliers and organize preliminary delivery schedules. PM will seek out best quality products at the lowest costs.Client relations- After client as agreed to proposal PM takes over communication. Reach out to future contracted clients weekly touching base. Our main goal is to keep our clients informed. Keep client up to date on start date and status of project. Once you have a client assigned to you, presume every email or call that comes from that client is your responsibility.Expense Management: Keep track and collect all expenses on each project. Use BuilderTrend to attach expenses to jobs. Run up to date actual budgets on jobs. Keep track of hours on a job to provide real time updates on status of job. Create job costing report through BuilderTrend.Reporting: PM with daily report their work, ensure their teams are accurately reporting their work, and provide a next day report for their team to start their day off informed.Pay:45K-55K2 Weeks PTOHoliday PayHealth Care Insurance OptionsQualificationsKey CharacteristicsYou are a leader. Sales, accounting, project managing, deliveries, etc. Be ready for anything. Must be able to work 8 hours a day in the hot or cold. Must be able to work M-F with occasional work on Friday. Must be able to lift 80 LBS. Multiple times a day. Must have experience in leading a crew.Must have valid ID and Driver license. Additional InformationDaily TasksCheck in with crew lead at EOD to understand job status and to inform them of who all is available that day for work and any changes in schedule for the next day.Create Next Day Report (by EOD previous day) stating the Job, crew members, vehicle (trailer), and scheduled tasks for the next day.Check in on schedule to make any necessary changes daily. Spend 0-1 hour updating all schedules for all projects EVERYDAYMaterials- Spend time at the beginning of every project get a comprehensive list with material amounts and suppliers. Organize deliveries or pick-ups ahead of time.Plan 1 hour a day to sort expenses. Attribute expenses to jobs.Follow up on emails daily.Provide PMEODR and NDR daily.Site Visits at least every other day.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
