We are currently seeking an experienced (5 years) Administrative Assistant for an opportunity at one of our client's Corporate Offices located in Downtown Houston TX (77002). This position is slated to go through the spring of 2024 but could get extended. This position is ON-SITE and does require typical core office hours. On-site parking is reimbursed by client. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to a department or individual, and duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
This position may work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office is required. (5 years exp)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
