TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company in St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Handling office projects including database lookup and documenting in Word and Excel.
• Handling some email correspondences, etc.
• Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-plus years of relevant Administrative experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Reliable and timely, great attendance.
