This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute co-marketing programs and campaigns to drive Telos revenue.
  • Develop, justify, and manage a partner marketing budget (market development funds) with performance metrics.
  • Engage with partners and act as their point of contact for marketing activities.
  • Lead the marketing relationship with partners, acting as a business partner with the team to create strong programs and results.
  • Develop and execute a communications plan for partners with deliverables in the press, social media, email newsletters, videos, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and enhance the Partner Portal with sales content and onboarding materials.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on partner marketing results to drive continuous improvement.
  • The Channel Marketing Manager is instrumental in driving revenue through our partner program. This role will report to the Vice President Marketing Communications and support the channel sales and alliances team.

  • This role requires an experienced marketing professional with a broad understanding of channel marketing programs for all types of partners including distributors, resellers, systems integrators and consultants, technology solutions suppliers, managed service providers, IT solutions, and implementation firms.

  • The successful candidate will be a “do-er,” a leader, and a collaborator in this hands-on role directly responsible for producing sales materials and training, managing the partner portal, developing and executing a plan for market development funds (MDF), and promoting the partner program.

  • This person will lead the co-marketing initiatives with partners including content creation such as webinars, blog postings, landing pages, and solutions briefs; lead generation campaigns using email, call-scripts, and social media; product launches; events; sales promotions; partner communications, partner training and enablement resources.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years partner marketing experience and 5 - 10 years business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience with cyber-security solutions providers preferred.
  • Confident self-starter who works well with sales, channel marketing, marketing, and sales ops.
  • Strong work ethic, creative, team-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • A track record of delivering successful channel programs for high-tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in channel marketing, and overall marketing concepts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of different partner profiles and their business models.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
