Ultimate Charities is Hiring a Junior Marketing Manager - Entry Level Near Centreville, VA

This is an entry-level marketing position with exposure to all aspects of our company, where our team is trained daily on customer service techniques, marketing initiatives, and business communications strategies. Building a strong rapport with our territory's customers is what propels our company and our clients to success. We are currently growing and looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to assist the sales and promotions team.

Responsibilities of a Junior Marketing Manager:

  • Develops, supports, and executes in-field marketing campaigns, which have an impact on sales results.
  • Collaboration with appropriate clients to ensure successful retail campaign implementation
  • Attend client meetings on a regular basis for product knowledge, account performance reviews, and goal setting.
  • Implement marketing directives and sales strategy on a local level in assigned territories to engage consumers and aid in relationship development with the brand Assess current customers' needs for any additional features/upgrades available to them
  • Work together to develop new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business.
  • Assist marketing associates and senior staff with client-specific projects.

The Ideal Junior Marketing Manager Will Have The Following Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Microsoft and technology savvy
  • Experienced in assessing and improving the customer's business process
  • Capability to plan and document sales activities, document customer information, grow sales pipeline, and forecast business.
