Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Content Creation and Social Media Management

We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be in content creation and social media management. You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content that will help our company grow and achieve its marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and curate content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

· Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure that content is posted on a regular basis.
Monitor and engage with our audience on social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media campaigns.

· Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns and drive engagement.

· Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

· Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media management.

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to achieve marketing objectives.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
