Overview

As a result, a support program has been created to provide advisory and remediation services to support customers as they migrate to Windows 10/11 (x86, x64, and Arm), Microsoft 365 Apps, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Edge, and Windows 365 (and we're always growing)! This program assists customers in troubleshooting and diagnosing the root cause of application compatibility failures. We work with customers on the most expedient resolution and drive bugs into Engineering to fix OS and product-level issues, with a goal of increasing application compatibility rates and securing customer trust and loyalty.
This role, the Technical Product Manager for Windows on Arm, is part of a small but mighty program management team within our client’s Security Customer Experience organization.
This team operates with agility and move quickly. You will be often called upon to expand support to our clients still to be unannounced technologies. This team, therefore, navigates often ambiguous (but exciting) situations as you explore technology that is still under development.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Manager for Windows on Arm, you will:
  • Engage directly with a portfolio of the world’s largest 3rd party application developers, selling them on the strategic and business value of building apps for Windows on Arm.
  • Help 3rd party app developers understand how to port their apps to the Arm platform or build Arm native apps.
  • Collect feedback from app developers to understand what is preventing them from investing in Windows on Arm and share that feedback with the Product Management team to help address the issues.
  • Shape the products by providing your unique ISV insights to inform decisions being made by the engineering teams, shaping the future roadmap of Windows on Arm.
  • Shape marketing materials and digital developer educational assets through your unique ISV insights.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams and strategize towards achieving common goals.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in developing applications for Windows with a L300-400 knowledge of Windows internals.
  • Experience in technical sales with ability to influence executives in strategic decision making.
  • Proven success developing and executing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, advocating for product improvements to unblock ISVs.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, connecting the dots and coordinating activities across a myriad of groups.
  • Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, maintain focus, resolve conflict, drive to clarity, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
