We are currently assisting our client, a Health & Life Sciences organization, with a search for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) Consultant.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) Consultant to work with the data team to push the "idea-experiment-insight" process forward. The initiative aims to remove obstacles in data harmonization and standardization, reuse of tools, thus fostering an environment conducive to collaborative research and open science.
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple project deadlines, work collaboratively within the organization and with external partners to drive the impact of our programmatic efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, technical project management, dev team leadership, and a proven track record in managing complex projects and teams.
This position will report to the team s Director and work closely across multiple programmatic teams and external research partners. The TPM will develop a firm grasp on strategy and collaborate with the Product team to map it to product vision, strategy, and deliverables to each partner.
She/he/they will engage with external research stakeholders to gather stated and implicit pain points in their research and develop product requirements, prioritize them, and drive them to execution.
The TPM will conduct product management activities including the management of product roadmap, development schedules, defining product success metrics and milestones, removing blockers, communicating with partners, stakeholders and executive team, and planning releases with the support of the Senior Program Manager and Directors.
The TPM will develop deep knowledge of technical details to collaborate with the Engineering team.

Duration: Defined Term Contract, one year
Location: Greater Seattle Area, Hybrid Onsite Work Schedule. Exceptional candidates outside of the Seattle area may be considered for remote work.
Compensation: Competitive compensation, anticipating ~$90.00 per hour pay rate target depending on experience.
Benefits: Excellent benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K), PTO, paid holidays, and STD/LTD/AD&D.
