Job description: The National Sales Manager is a proven Sales Professional who is passionate about what they do and inspired by

be to achieve aggressive growth, quickly and personally, by building new relationships with distributors and national account chains in the US with new sources of revenue for Maryhill Winery and Maryhill brand.

Maryhill Winery is experiencing strong year over year growth, with a robust catalog and production of 81000 cases
annually. Sales and production are rapidly increasing, and our team exemplifies our company values of Integrity,

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop, manage and oversee a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Primary point in managing existing accounts including account activation and working with our team to develop accounts into long-term customers.
  • Hold monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with all appropriate distributer stakeholders including, but not limited to: General Manager, Channel Vice Presidents, Wine Managers, Brand Managers, Chain Headquarter Managers, Purchasing Agents, and All Finance Managers.
  • Reporting sales activity to management at agreed frequency.
  • Evaluate distributor suggested price structures and brand equity investments as needed to ensure the company is receiving fair share of channel profits.
  • Being accountable for reaching sales goals and developing strategic growth plans to open new accounts.
  • Working collaboratively with the Administrative/Marketing teams at Maryhill Winery to help manage distributor contacts, required documentation, inventories, offer insights on pricing and programming.
  • Monitor and optimize revenues for Maryhill Winery distribution.
  • Grow Sales and Relationships in potential customers.
  • Communicate our strengths to our customers and ensure program execution.
  • Analyze and forecast market conditions and translate into our long-range planning.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Maryhill Winery ownership.
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university.
  • 5 years of Industry related Sales experience required with a vast network of clients / partners.
  • The ability to be a structured and organized thinker who can drive projects to completion with minimal direction; attention to detail and ability to deep-dive when necessary.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate/present to owners and manager level staff.
  • An ability to thrive in an enterprising environment.
  • An interest in traveling frequently with some nights and weekends required for customer meetings and events.
  • Proven to be results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities to close business.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Rate: Staring $110,000-120,000/Yr. DOE
