One of the nation’s top health care providers is looking to fill Medical Customer Service Representative roles.
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $23 hr
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Contract Length: 9 month contract to hire
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers with accurate consistent timely and meaningful information. They will provide support to member inquiries and issues as they utilize the Health Plan and provider services continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Essential Functions:
Required Experience:
1 year of call center experience
6 months of healthcare environment experience
6 months of data entry experience
Required Education:
Highschool Diploma
