Description:
This role will act as a key team member of our clients Compensation team and is responsible for supporting the analysis, administration, communication, and delivery of a variety of compensation programs, process and tools. This analyst will be responsible for analyzing, auditing, offering light guidance, and monitoring associate compensation globally for our client. This work includes support for job evaluation, pricing, completing pricing, documenting practices and processes, pay education, running costing analysis and modeling, supporting global pay compliance, and assisting in the year-end process.
The Analyst, Global Compensation will support the global compensation team in administering, documenting, developing, analyzing, and communicating compensation practices and procedures.
- Manage and administer compensation survey participation, vendor relationships, integration of external survey data, and export of company data
- Creating ad hoc compensation reports and audits from Workday system
- Conducts routine job evaluations in partnership with HRBPs to price new roles consistent with market benchmarks, pay philosophy, and internal equity
- Assists with the annual pay program process that updates market benchmarks, drives annual increases, and supports bonus allocation
- Answer basic questions around pay recommendations, internal equity, job codes, job analysis and leveling, etc.
- Support administration of the salary review processes and support bonus calculations as necessary
- Monitor and documenting compensation programs, including but not limited to online market data;
- Complete analysis for adhock requests from HR or Business leaders that require compensation input, analytics, insights, etc.
- Complete project work, including responsibility for the design, management and implementation of compensation initiatives related to equity, pay education, year-end, salary surveys, etc.
- Support compensation equity goals to maintain compensation banding and structural alignment with organizational goals and market trends
- Prepare and present compensation-related reports and insights to executives and stakeholders
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Consult and provide guidance to managers and leaders on compensation-related matters
- Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively to meet shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and judgment in handling sensitive compensation information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of direct Compensation experience; other experience in data analysis, consulting, finance, HR, research are a plus, but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Workday Compensation experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling) , PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data proficient in MS Excel
- Team player with skills to manage time, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- Attention to details focusing on completeness and accuracy of information
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, conduct research, cost analysis, formulate conclusions and present conclusions regarding business issues
- Verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Reliable attendance and support are essential functions of the position
