IS Customer Support Specialist
Pay Rate : $18 / hr. (This is the max, no negotiations)
Description :
Must be flexible on shift times! The training shift (1st 5 weeks) will be 6AM to 3PM PST
After that you will go through a shift bid process and the shifts will be between 8 AM and 8 PM PST and may include weekends
PSJH is looking to bring on 10 techs' to add to their current team. There call volume has increased due to several factors and need to decrease the hold time.
They will be supporting internal Prov employees including doctors and nurses along with admin staff. They can support password resets and even take ER calls if pc's or applications are down.
They take about 30-40 calls per tech per day and use ServiceNow on the call center. Training is 5 weeks, classroom setting, with shadowing calls and a simple test at the end of training.
They can't miss one day of training due to the speed of the class. Training is all about learning the applications and how to use ServiceNow and tracking an incident with multiple domains and applications they can support.
They MUST sit in the following states :
TX, OR, WA, MT, NM, AK, CA
