Primary Responsibilities :

• Follow established processes and systems to ensure the Customer Care Standards are met or exceeded for every customer contact
• Effectively present and discuss the products, promotions, and services that contribute to the growth of the laboratory as a whole
• Properly document customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolutions
• Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements; provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers via regular inbound and outbound phone contact
• Other duties as directed by Manager

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• High School education or equivalent preferred
• Optical Experience required
• Customer Service Experience required
• Strong technical skills; comfort level navigating and interfacing with online system
• Needs to have basic optical knowledge : PD, Seg heights, different lens materials, different lens designs (SV / BIF / PAL)
• Hands on experience with fitting and adjusting eyewear on patients
• Knowledge of Lenses, Frames, Anti-Reflective Coatings, General Anatomy of Eyeglasses, etc. (MUST HAVE)
• ABO Certified preferred
