We are Hiring a Service Sales Representative in Hopelawn, NJ!

As a Service Sales Representative, you'll drive business development for our preventive maintenance service contracts. You'll engage with new and existing clients, generate leads, and schedule sales appointments. Your goal is to build a strong portfolio through networking, prospecting, and referrals, focusing on relationship-building throughout a sales cycle that can last up to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect through cold calls, emails, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up on direct mail campaigns.
  • Set sales appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Assemble proposals and reports.
  • Keep track of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and obtain referrals.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager on leads, strategies, and closing deals.
  • Manage the service projects you secure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales with a strong track record.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • 3 years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel locally 80% of the time.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
