The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administration of the front office and providing support to various departments as needed.
Job Responsibilities (include):
- Handle incoming calls and route them.
- Greet customers and vendors.
- Assist with documentation of new customers and vendors
- Assist with A/P
- Assist with Billing
- Keep inventory of uniforms
- Assist with Safety Files
- Assist with Fleet Management
- Collect and distribute mail
- Help keep the office organized
- Schedule Office Maintenance Request
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Two (2) years of office/administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- HS/GED diploma preferred
- Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Experience working with a construction company is a plus.
- 1 year experience with AP/AR, invoice processing and reconciliation preferred
- Basic excel skills required (creating and managing spreadsheets, filtering, and sorting)
