Overview TMR, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide full scope IT project management support for the FDA Service Desk operations. Responsibilities * Be the primary interface with the CO, COR and Government Program Manager. * Support all service desk projects. * Manage resources and supervise Contractor staff in the performance of all work on this task order. * Organize, direct and coordinate planning and execution of all task order activities * Ensure deliverables meet all scheduled timeframes. * Leverage industry best practice of process/procedures to achieve optimum performance in all Task Areas. * Support and enhance Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) across the service delivery model. * Prepare and structure service Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) models to support future initiatives and operations. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree or higher * 10 years of IT program (project) management experience managing large service desk contracts * Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) * PMP certified * ITIL Foundation Certification * Knowledge of IT service delivery environment * Knowledge of Help Desk Institute (HDI); HDI certification highly desirable * United States citizenship is required with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust
