Overview Database Management Support houses and secures the information supporting the Agency's business requirements both legacy and future. All database servers are housed within the agency's Data Centers. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Design, configuration, deployment, operations and maintenance and information assurance. * Support Oracle and SQL Database Systems ensuring confidentiality and integrity of the data. * Design, configuration, deployment, operations and maintenance and information assurance through all phases of the SDLC Knowledge/Experience must include: * Customer Service/Support * Data Backup/Restoral * Excellent Oral/Written Communication * Remote Troubleshooting * Software Troubleshooting * Ticketing System Experience (e.g. BMC Remedy/ServiceNow/SolarWinds/Ivanti) * Oracle * SQL Qualifications * Bachelor Degree or HS/GED 5 yrs in Windows Computing Environment * Baseline Certification (required): CompTIA Security CE / CySA / SSCP / GSEC * Computing Environment Certification in at least 1 area (required): Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert * Training (required): Must complete an ITIL Course (ITIL v4 recommended) * Minimum Secret Clearance
