Role: Okta Operations Lead Location: San Francisco, California 94105 - Onsite Working hours: PST Experience Level: Mid to Senior Long Term role W2/1099
Duties
Will be involved into project management and implementing client SSO.
Work with Relationship Management to coordinate meetings with client.
Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup Okta Change Management.
Manage any upgrades to Okta widget Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed Track and update settings changes.
General Support - Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes
Skills
Okta, Auth & Identity Management Solutions.
5. yrs of work experience in project management and implementing client SSO.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Product line similar to Okta would work as well.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
