Tat technologies is Hiring an Account Sales Manager Near Tulsa, OK

TAT Limco is a fast-growing aerospace thermal management OEM and repair service provider. With a global presence and a reputation for customer intimacy and differentiated service offerings, TAT Limco serves leading players in the aerospace industry, including airlines, OEMs, MROs, air forces, and defense organizations.

Are you seeking an opportunity to accelerate and expand our MRO customer base within the aerospace industry? TAT Limco is seeking a motivated sales leader to establish and nurture strategic relationships with standard-managed accounts. In this role, you will work closely with Group sales managers responsible for strategic accounts while personally growing sales within the standard managed accounts. You will do this by working closely with the Customer Service team and customers building relationships and opportunities.

This position reports to the General Manager and is on-site in our facility in Tulsa, OK USA

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a structured sales/business plan to penetrate targeted customers, resulting in significant market growth and revenue expansion in standard managed accounts.

- Grow the pipeline of standard managed accounts to double our MRO business within two years, focusing on revenue and margin targets for short-term and long-term opportunities.

- Execute TAT Limco's Proactive Account Management sales process, ensuring key customer needs and service expectations are managed across the organization.

- Drive the end-to-end pursuit process, overcoming obstacles to ensure deals are closed on time with maximum value to the customer.

- Develop persuasive proposals responding to customer requests, focusing on clear and articulate value propositions.

- Maintain an updated database of accounts and pursuits in Salesforce, providing clear status updates to management.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in MRO aftermarket sales to customers at or above the buyer level.

- Documented ability to manage multiple sales pursuits in an aggressive timeline environment, focusing on meeting deadlines and driving deal closure.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven to achieve results across various cultures.

- Demonstrated capability in utilizing business and financial acumen to compose complex commercial sales proposals and negotiate final terms.

- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools for managing end-to-end sales processes.

- Ability to operate and solve problems where ambiguity and conflicting priorities may exist.

- Unwavering commitment to operate in a highly compliant, diverse, and inclusive atmosphere.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a sales role with multiple accounts across a global region.

- Prior experience working at or with airlines in a technical, sales, purchasing, or supply chain role.

- Experience in aviation MRO sales
