Outside Sales Consultant

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Consultant within the Tulsa metro/Central Oklahoma area. The Consultant will foster client relationships, demonstrate repair services, provide preventative maintenance plans, and close deals. The role will require occasional travel and remote work to meet with existing clients and gain new customers.

• Experience in Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and New Business Development
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Proficient with Outlook, Google, Microsoft 360, Excel
• Willingness to Learn and Follow Instructions
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong Organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to overcome obstacles and address objections
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work within a team
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry is a plus but not required
• Training/Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

Employment Type:

Full-time

40 hours per week, M-F

Pay Scale:

$65,000 annual salary plus quarterly commissions
