Centre Technologies is Hiring a Customer Account Manager Near Tulsa, OK

We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Client Account Manager! 

Position Summary 

Centre is seeking an individual that will be the leading force behind building and expanding relationships with existing clients at multiple levels within the organization. They will be able to emphasize the entire suite of Centre Technologies, Inc. solutions, products, and services to existing customers, attend and participate in weekly face-to-face visits and sales calls, and prepare proposals and quotes for the customer to recommend solutions based on the client’s need. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Sales activities such as:
    • Establishes a strong relationship with client, helping to create a reputation as a trusted business advisor 
    • Communicate frequently with clients, answer questions, recommend products and services, and address concerns/complaints 
    • Partner with vCIO and Sales Leadership team to interpret client accounts, discuss market trends, and organize, coordinate, and maintain internal activities relating to existing client projects.
    • Process uncovered opportunities alongside vCIO 
    • Sales Presentations 
    • Ensuring Resources Are Available for Demos 
    • Keep Informed of Competitors’ Activities 
    • Prepare Sales Reports & Records 
  • Manage sales activities to achieve/exceed gross profit objectives such as: 
    • Account & Territory Plans 
    • Sales Quota based on ARGP (Annual Recurring Gross Profit) and OneNumber (all products)
    • Monthly Forecasts 
    • Coordinating Resources 
    • Building Partner Channels 
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Certifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 3 years of selling experience in the IT space (or related) 
  • Familiarity with Dell EMC, HP, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, (amongst others) and Managed Services preferred. 
  • Superior track record in previous sales positions in a multi-product / service organization.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to generate effective business-to-business sales relationships at both executive and engineering management levels.
  • Ability to recognize sales opportunities and pursue such opportunities with minimal assistance.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required. 
  • Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities/injuries to perform the essential functions of this role. 
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate. 
  • Frequent local travel is required.
