POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager provides support and facilitation of marketing campaigns, delegation of tasks to project team members, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met. To be successful, one must have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent analytical, decision-making skills, and time management skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Be the gatekeeper in maintaining effective timelines and mapping out tasks to achieve strategic project goals.
● Ensure effective communication with co-workers and business partners in executing project tasks.
● Create consistent collaboration opportunities with marketing business partners in the development of calendars, scheduling, and deadlines.
● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and client base to provide insight in the development of projects and campaigns.
● Facilitate the development, refinement, and execution of improved processes and strategies supporting a continuous improvement mindset.
● Implement structure to ensure high delivery of service standards by automating, centralizing, eliminating, and streamlining processes and procedures.
● Ensure compliance with state and federal health and safety requirements.
● Perform other tasks as directed.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field. 2 years of project management experience. Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Technology: Shopify and RFP management software
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
A Project Manager must be able to sit, stand, walk, and communicate for several hours at a time. They must also have the ability to lift, bend and grasp a reasonable weight.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Typical office environment day-to-day, events as needed.
