Tap Tech is the managing entity of a family of multiple, similarly owner LLC's in the spaces of Marketing, Technology, and Vape. This role would work out of our distribution center.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Processing Coordinator is responsible for the communication between all tiers of the timely and accurate processing of orders received, fulfilled, and tracking of all submitted orders. In addition, the accessing, reviewing, and making recommendations for improvements based on data and analytics.

Essential Functions Statement

· Support communication between the system administrators, processing associates, fulfillment associates, customer service, and delivery third parties to ensure effective handling of all orders.

· Communicate professionally and effectively concerns, challenges and issues raised, effectively providing resolution.

· Assist in the tracking and maintenance of inventory levels to communicate to Procurement team.

· Collaborate with all levels of the process to deliver the highest level of service and facilitate best practices.

· Utilize field and corporate resources to strategically improve performance for continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance locally, nationally, and internationally.

· Perform other tasks as directed.

Shopify Experience much preferred!
