TANGO'S TAVERN is Hiring a Bartender Near Virginia, VA
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Job Duties and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Bartender.
- Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy. Familiar with POS systems.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Follow all VABC and Food safety laws and regulations.
- Knowledgeable of when and how to stop serving patrons alcohol, provide food options, and advise of transportation options.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Taking drink and food orders, using the POS system, serving, and clearing tables.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Balancing cash drawer, all credit card slips, and paperwork. Proper documentation of all voids and receipts.

Pay: From $2.25 per hour plus shared tips
