We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and skilled bartenders to become integral members of our team across four distinctive venues within the Ocean's Group: Ocean's 14, Ocean's Ole, Fishtails, and ZZAS. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve an eclectic array of beverages, ranging from fishbowl cocktails amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Ocean's 14, to sophisticated craft cocktails at the upscale Ocean's Ole, complemented by late-night vibes and DJ performances.
• Delight in creating hand-squeezed cocktails at Fishtails, a contemporary American restaurant known for its brunch, lunch, and dinner offerings, as well as its lively music scene.
• At ZZAS, master the art of tropical tiki-style cocktails, serving alongside our renowned sourdough brick oven pizzas, in an ambiance filled with live music.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization at the bar, adhering strictly to all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines across all venues.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, whether they're local aficionados or global travelers.
• Seamlessly collaborate with our team to navigate the ebbs and flows of high-volume periods, especially during the bustling spring and summer months.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies diligently, ensuring each venue is perpetually prepared to deliver its signature experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong understanding of mixology.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and flexible hours according to seasonal business needs.
• A team player attitude, with a commitment to staying through the seasons and growing with the business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold relevant certifications as required by Virginia state laws.

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
