Commonwealth Brewing Company is a small business in Virginia Beach, VA. We are professional, social, collaborative and our goal is to create a culture of respect and fun, not only for our guests, but for our staff as well!.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique drinks, a strong knowledge of the craft beer world, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, take orders accurately, and provide an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Run food and clear glassware.
• Serve drinks and food to customers.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they meet legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure all customers are served in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Opening and closing the store
• Cleaning the Taproom
• Engage with guests to create meaningful relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,264.00 - $1,327.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
