A non-profit organization in New York is looking to add a new Recruiter to their growing team. You'll be a key member of the team, ensuring that the best people to move our mission forward and improve the lives of people facing barriers are hired. You'll coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements, post job openings, source candidates, review resumes and screen candidates, submit resumes and interview notes for qualified candidates, schedule and follow up on interviews, create and send offer letters, and keep candidates engaged post offer until their start date. Ensuring a positive new hire experience is the first step in retention!
