A non-profit organization in New York is looking to add a new Recruiter to their growing team.
*** This position will report into the office 3 days p/week.***
Responsibilities:

• Design the recruitment strategy for assigned departments.
• Ensure hiring policies and processes are in place.
• Set new recruitment goals based on business needs.
• Review recruitment-related documents such as job descriptions and interview questions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and counsel where needed.
• Track hiring metrics.
• Organize candidate data and communication in one platform.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Source candidates both online and offline.
• Maintain prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Review HR practices and ensure their application throughout the recruiting process.
• Establish assessment methods to test candidates on job-related skills (e.g., computer skills test, role-playing activities).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.

• Proven recruiting experience as a full-desk Recruiter.
• Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Oracle ATS experience is ideal though not required.
• Familiar with supporting a high requisition load.
