Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. Reporting to the Interim Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and motivating the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to effectively coach and develop team members. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Monitor sales performance and activity metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to the executive team.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to review performance, provide feedback, and address challenges.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management (minimum 2-5 years), with a track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient use of CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
