Title-Customer Service Representative
Location- Chattanooga, TN
Duration- 6 months
Comments / Special Instructions
Onsite training will be conducted in Chattanooga Tn so candidates need to be local.
Job Description : -
- Receiving, investigating and resolving all customer inquiries timely and accurately.
- Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Educating caller to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact.
- Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone and E-mail
- Must be able to pass required testing
- Participation and attendance are mandatory.
- This position requires flexibility due to rotations in schedules and requires adherence to assigned schedules
- Work overtime as required
Quals
All applicants will be advised that Client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
1 year - Experience in a customer service support role is required
Skills Certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
