Overview : The primary role of a Customer Service Representatives is providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions for customers purchasing furniture and home appliances.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling cash and credit transactions accurately, explaining financing options, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience for all customers.
Customer Service Representatives assist the store in obtaining sales and customer service goals by ensuring smooth payment processing.
Must be comfortable interacting with customers, vendors and other third parties often spending long periods of time standing.
