The Executive Recruiter is responsible to recruit, screen and recommend placement of candidates by using creative sourcing methods. Acts as the primary interface for the client with the talent market and is the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Business Opportunities with Key Clients:

  1. Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients; Secure fiscally sound staffing contracts that define all delivery expectations and conditions; build & maintain quality client relationships.
  2. Monitor open jobs at both existing and potential clients for possible assignments & to assess industry status
  3. Source and recruit candidates on an on-going basis to continuously develop and maintain pipeline.

Client and Candidate Management:

  1. Partner with hiring manager to strategize and plan recruitment efforts of the open positions.
  2. Manage internal client relationships closely and provide guidance and insight in the presentation and selection of candidates. Educate clients on market conditions and trends.

Maintain and Build A Strong Pipeline of Quality Candidates

1. Reach out to qualified candidates is Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build repour.

2. Partner with each candidate to establish that individual’s career goals and strategize through recruitment resources and experience on how to connect candidate with their goals and stated purpose.

Interview, Assess and Present Candidates

  1. Coordinate with client and candidate all details relating to interview. May include applicant prep, directions to office and travel arrangements, interview schedules, etc. plus provide feedback to stakeholders and candidate post interview.
  2. Handle post interview offer process. As applicable – check references, run background checks, handle drug screening, and other relevant details required by client.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and problem-solve concerns and issues and assist other recruiters in resolution with escalations related to recruitment support.
  2. Mentor and train junior recruitment professionals on the recruitment process, business and client processes and guidelines related to an outsourced model.
  3. Establish knowledge of employment law specifically focusing on staffing industry.

Requirements

What You’ll Need: Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing industry or other related industry

Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment or customer-focused related experience

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship building and relationship management with different levels of management and candidates
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and deadline motivated
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and enjoys return on investment with time and hard work
