T-Rev Productions is an audio, visual, lighting, full-service production company. We specialize in Street Fair, Festival, Charity Events, Expos and Conferences

T-Rev Productions is looking to expand its cliental and is seeking to find an individual to market our production firm, acquire new clients, propose ideas, and obtain quotes for potential jobs. This position is to develop business ranging from well-established Fortune 1000 clientele to education and healthcare institutions. The emphasis is on lead generation, proposal creation/tracking, order confirmation, and follow-through to customer satisfaction. The candidate must be able to collaborate with the operations team to meet and exceed client expectations. This position can be done remotely, and is commission based. In addition, there is potential to work the event as a project manager, where an hourly rate will apply. We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in equipment sales/rental and/or live event management
• High School Diploma or GED required – Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong customer service experience and skills
• Excellent prospecting and negotiating skills
• High motivation for sales
• Maintain and grow existing client list
• Strong ability to maintain close client relationships
• Ability to cold call
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Technical Knowledge of audio/visual equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with CRM Software preferred, but not required
• Flexibility in scheduling as business needs fluctuate during peak seasons
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotation for “on call” after hours emergencies as scheduled.’
• Must have driver’s license in good standing.
