What you’ll be doing:
- Define and Set Targets: Own the overall end to end delivery of a new city or channel including planning, hiring, people management, launch, and everything in between
- Build and coach a strong commercial team to continuously improve service levels and usage in a particular geography
- Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships with education leaders
- Work closely with London Head Office to develop identify new geographies for further expansion as well as to build a replicable playbook to launch those territories
- Own the execution and drive performance improvement of the logistics and operations of dispatching teachers and teaching assistants to work in schools
- Get your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in ‘mucking in’ and just getting the job done is crucial
