Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a Managed Care Organization (MCO). A successful candidate will join on a consulting basis with a possible right to hire for a position based in the Philadelphia area. The Interim CFO will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization during a transitional period. This is a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to work 3-4 days a week in the office. The Interim CFO will report directly to the CEO and have a dotted line reporting relationship to an enterprise CFO.

MUST HAVE:

1. Managed Care Finance leadership and experience in navigating multi-billion-dollar organization.

2. Experience working in Healthcare Insurance domain.
