Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensure consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Follow up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
- Let patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalate queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshoot common issues with products or services
- Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
- At least three years working in a customer service position over the phone
- High School Diploma
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
