We’re seeking a Member Support Specialist to join our Customer Care team. If you have a proven record of exemplary customer service, are detail-oriented, and are looking for a rewarding career helping pets and pet owners, then look no further!

What you’ll do

• Act as the face of the company for our members and potential members.
• Manage a large number of inbound phone calls, emails, and LiveChats daily.
• Become an expert in our products and processes.
• Identify and understand the needs of each customer, manage expectations, and prioritize meeting and exceeding their needs.
• Take ownership of the entire customer experience and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate empathy, build rapport, and create customers for life.
