Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Technical Sales Representative Near Leetsdale, PA
Job Duties:
- Develop deliverables for customer quotations and presentations
- Respond to technical inquiries regarding product specifications, applications, and performance
- Resolve product and/or workflow issues in assigned departments and across department lines
- Interact with distributors, customers, and internal personnel to identify and help solve problems
- Process corrective actions as issues arise
- Work with product management to resolve product performance, applications, and any warranty issues
- Minimum 1 year applicable work experience
- Associate's Degree in an engineering or technical field
- Must be able and willing to travel (up to 20%)
- Comfortable utilizing ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
