As a manager, your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, creating engaging training materials for teams, and overseeing in-office operations. This is a client-focused role, involving the management of existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key tasks include understanding client needs, presenting products or services, and resolving issues through effective communication.
