Education, Experience, Required Skills

 Associate or bachelor’s degree.

 Minimum Two (2) Years’ Sales Experience.

 Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

 Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point & Publisher.

 Ability to multi-task and self-manage.

 Good math skills.

 Strong attention to detail

 Solid Analytical Skills Highly Preferred.

 Ability to travel.

 Experience in outside sales. Distribution sales or technical sales a plus (not required).

Authority And Responsibility

 Develop expertise in all Mayco product groups.

 Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone, email and in person visits.

 Identify and establish contact with potential customers.

 Prospect and develop new business opportunities for target market.

• A minimum of 50% of weekly activities to include meeting customers in person to prospect, identify needs and create sales opportunities.

 Attend and coordinate industry trade shows to identify potential leads and create meaningful contact with existing customers.

 Follow industry trends to help prospect new customers and create market strategies for growth.

 Timely administration of orders to effectively enter, communicate and process customer orders, order acknowledgements and lead times.

Physical Requirements

 Ability to stand, walk or sit approximately eight (8) hours/day.

 Ability to drive a car and air travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,780.78 - $132,365.60 per year
